MS Support

I offer MS Support with a difference.

I have MS myself, and since my diagnosis I have discovered many ways that I am able to reduce symptoms which has enabled me to live life on my terms.

Here’s a thought:

More than 90% of what we do is driven by our unconscious mind. The good news is that our unconscious mind is on our side, (that’s a relief!) All it wants to do is keep us safe and alive and everything it does is for a positive intention.

Unfortunately, it can make mistakes, especially when we are younger and this could create a state of stress, anxiety, low mood and could even trigger a panic attack. Sometimes our unconscious mind is rather sneaky and it would not let us know that we are experiencing stress, anxiety or low mood, because it already became baseline and so normal to feel like this. Among others, this could mean that our body has to cope with a lot of stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol every day, 24/7. Psychological studies have found that stress, anxiety and depression is affecting the immune system.

If you find yourself struggling with stress, anxiety or low mood, if you have experienced trauma, loss and bereavement or abuse, if the auto-immune-disease itself is causing anxiety and stress, whatever it is, I can help you to feel mentally well and subsequently to support your immune system and guide it back on the right path in order to feel physically as healthy and strong as you possibly can.

Because MS is complex and the mental health is only one piece of the puzzle, I’ve complied all my top tips into a MS Health Guide to help you understand some of the steps you can take to manage MS. You can download the guide, for free, by clicking the button below.
